Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. This is just the nature of the home inspection business. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, pricing, and so on. This is not a standardized, one size fits all profession. Ultimately, a good quality home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own knowledge, skill, and effort. If you put your trust in me, I promise that I'll do my best to give you a high quality inspection. I know it’s a big responsibility to provide an accurate assessment so you can make smart decisions about the biggest purchase you’ll ever make. I don’t take that lightly. Sincerely, Kyle Schoof
